Wayne J. Griffin Electric, Inc. is a leading Electrical/Telecommunications contractor headquartered in Holliston, MA. As our company continues to grow, we are looking to add a proactive, detail orientated and organized individual to provide administrative support to our Electrical project teams. This position is ideal for a self-motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working on a variety of projects concurrently.

Administrative responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Gathering and processing project documentation including setting up and maintaining job files and obtaining drawings
  • Working with vendors to track materials and payments
  • Assisting the Foremen and Project Managers with logging and processing change orders and submittals

Excellent communication skills both verbal and written and advanced knowledge of MS Word and Excel are required. Experience in the construction industry and knowledge of Bluebeam is a plus.
