Project Billing Associate

Duties and responsibilities

  • Responsible for lien waivers, certified payroll reports, EEO reports and billing
  • Gather relative information for proper and accurate billing of projects
  • Calculate monthly accruals and work-in-progress reports
  • Identify AR discrepancies and work with Project Managers to resolve
  • Interface with multiple internal and external parties to resolve issues
  • Other miscellaneous duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • 1-5 years of billing experience preferred
  • Proficient with Microsoft Suite, specifically Word and Excel
  • Experience with Timberline/Sage preferred
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines required
  • Ability to work well with others both internally and externally
  • Prior experience with Timberline preferred
  • Prior experience in construction preferred, specifically underground utility construction, such as electric, water/sewer, and telecommunications

Working conditions

Normally a 40 hour work week with additional time required during month-end close

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 – $65,000.00 per year
