The Project Coordinator’s challenging and fast-paced environment requires excellence to keep things running smoothly ensuring all teams are aligned. Core Responsibilities

  • Reports directly to the SVP while working closely with the Manager of Client Services
  • Good time management, prioritization, and multitasking abilities
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with colleagues
  • Effective verbal, written, presentation communication skills whilst being a good listener
  • Able to push back if needed and receive constructive feedback from a variety of channels
  • Excellent strategic planning and problem-solving skills
  • Methodical about analyzing processes and systems to fully understand their functions
  • Proactive research skills used in seeking out opportunities to advance and improve the organization
  • Leadership skills, such as motivation, goal-setting, and monitoring progress
  • Establish and ensure compliance with internal protocols and continually update processes & procedures
  • Interact regularly with the development team on necessary projects to obtain updates
  • Support the daily activities of all related team members, including reviewing work and establishing goals.
  • Direct project correspondences by preparing and reviewing project proposals, memos, meeting minutes, and emails
  • Communicate with clients to identify and define project requirements, scope, and objectives
  • Ad-hoc projects as assigned from time to time
  • Responsible for working with integration and development departments
  • Compiling all necessary information to track the progress of each project and present to leadership on a weekly basis
  • Recognize when project deadlines are in jeopardy
  • Cross collaboration with clients to obtain requirements for the project
  • Create all necessary tickets within Jira for each project

Professional Qualifications

  • 3+ years experience as a Project Coordinator
  • Self starter that thrives in a fast paced environment
  • Solutions-oriented by searching out answers and creating solutions
  • Strong project management, collaboration and teamwork skills
  • Ability to multi task and stay organized while maintaining a high attention to detail
  • PowerPoint (create tables & slides, use of animation, use charts and graphs, ability to modify custom template presentation, use internet tools to enhance PowerPoint presentations)
  • Proficient in Excel (building formulas, creating dynamic reporting with Pivot Tables, task automation, building charts & graphs, manipulate date, time, and arrays, manage large datasets with functions: IF, SUM, INDEX, MATCH & VLOOKUP, cell formatting)
  • Prior use of a ticket monitoring system
  • Experience in Telecommunications Project Coordination and Jira is a plus!

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 – $75,000.00 per year
