We are looking for a great candidate to fit into a brand-new role for a growing company located in Tempe. This role was created specifically for a team player willing to help and support all staff members. This person will be tracking and creating daily reports, job lists and phone lists. Are you someone that enjoys being an assistant to those around you? Ideal candidates would have some kind of construction experience! Love to see construction administrative assistants too!
Job duties:
- Taking direction from Project Manager
- Processing purchase orders
- Billing for time and material
- Working with different contractors, clients and coordinate equipment delivery/pick-up
- Coordinate delivery schedules
- Obtain and submitting vendor applications
- New client information
- Invoice and issue contracts
- New city business license applications
- Request bonds
- Book local travel for field co-workers
- Request certificate of insurance
- Hosting conference calls
- Data entry
- Issue purchase orders
- Track and manager orders per project with changes
- Issuing letters of intent (familiar with AIA)
Beneficial to be proficient in:
- Microsoft word, outlook and excel
- Google Maps & Google Earth
- Adobe
- Construction or logistics industry are a plus
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 2 years of project coordination or similar experience in telecommunications or construction ideally
Pay: $50,000 – $56,000 annual salary
