Job Title:
Project Coordinator


Reports To:
Group Manager


Job Purpose:

Project Coordinators are responsible for coordinating meetings and work and developing strategies to see projects through from beginning to end.


Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Attending meetings, taking minutes, receiving project documents and compiling a summary that includes a project plan, target date and list of responsibilities by individual on the project team.
  • Perform various administrative tasks to include but not limited to:

    • Filing project documents
    • Creating and maintaining project schedules
    • Creating responsibility lists for those who are involved in the project
    • Compiling summaries for those who were involved
  • Duties are exercised on and off-premise.
  • Responsible for gathering the information needed to coordinate and assist in the maintenance of a project/discipline.
  • Organizing and hosting calls with managers and clients, as needed, to provide updates and targets on work and completion
  • Assisting the Project Manager with FLOW ID #s and ensuring that all FLOW ID#s are recorded accurately and correctly.


Qualifications:

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office suite of products.
  • Excellent verbal, written, phone, and interpersonal skills.
  • 1+ years of experience in administrative or production work a plus
  • Familiarity with proprietary systems necessary


Working Conditions:

Typical office hours with the exceptions brought on by meeting the client’s requirements.


Physical Requirements:

Driving, riding, standing, and typical office environment.

Pay Definition/Metrics:

Non- Exempt – Hourly $19.00 – $25.00
