We are a small, intimate firm dedicated to assisting our corporate clients with cost-effectively managing their voice, data, mobile and cloud services. We treat every penny as if it is our own and we take pride in engraining ourselves into our clients’ internal teams.

We are based out of Toledo, Ohio, but due to our 100% remote work environment, we have employees across several states. We offer opportunities to gather by hosting monthly happy hours in Toledo and the surrounding areas as well as annual company gatherings that include our entire team.

Job Description

This remote work position will be responsible for coordinating technology roll out projects as a part of a broader project roll out team. This role has a customer service function, supporting our clients with trouble shooting and vendor relationship management issues related to the roll out projects that we manage. The projects are dynamic and the needs of the client are extensive so the role can grow evolve with the candidate.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinates third party vendor dispatches to client locations
  • Communicates roll out information with clients’ site-specific representatives to ensure smooth roll out
  • Performs validation of third-party vendor invoices prior to sending to client for payment
  • Assists clients with trouble shooting telecommunications issues
  • Performs other support functions as requested
  • Interfaces with clients and vendors to facilitate client orders
  • Interfaces with clients and vendors to ensure accurate and timely resolutions to issues and concerns
  • Partner with other internal departments to collaboratively problem solve to resolve issues and provide exceptional client experience.
  • Actively engages in continuous development and improvement to expand candidate’s skills / knowledge, improve operations, and deliver exceptional customer experiences
  • Other duties as assigned; job duties may vary

Qualifications

Minimum (Required): (must be met to perform the job at the required level)

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 5 years of telecommunications industry experience
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills (testing will be required)
  • Highly detail oriented with an exceptional commitment to accuracy
  • Proactive at problem solving and anticipating needs
  • Ability to balance multiple priorities and work to deadlines
  • Excellent verbal and written communication as well as listening skills
  • Must have a functional remote workspace with minimal distractions

Preferred: (if above and beyond the minimum required)

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Customer service background
  • Remote work experience
