Project Coordinator

This position will be remote, however the ideal candidate will be located in the Central Time zone.

OVERVIEW

Eclipse is sourcing a motivated Project Coordinator to assist the Program Management Team in making every project a success. From contract award to project completion, the Project Coordinator will assist in the administrative and technical aspects of their assigned projects. Under the guidance of the Program Manager / Project Manager, this role is designed to fulfill key responsibilities that ensure smooth deployments, maintain customer satisfaction, provide critical reporting, and continue the company’s rapid growth into new markets.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Maintain and monitor project plans, project schedules, work hours, budgets, and expenditures
• Provide daily, weekly, and monthly reporting utilizing Pivot Tables, Waterfall, etc.
• Develop and maintain the Site Asset database that is utilized by RF Engineering to select cell site options
• Manage the day-to-day data entry tasks associated with the Site or Data Center project tracking tool, Jira Ticketing System and any other internally developed or commercially purchased tools
• Analyze project data and produce insights to optimize schedule, cost, scope or quality
• Organize, attend, and participate in stakeholder meetings
• Document and follow up on important actions and decisions from meetings
• Prepare necessary presentation materials for meetings
• Ensure project deadlines are met
• Evaluate project changes and work with the Program Manager to evaluate risk and develop mitigation plans where necessary
• Providing administrative support as needed
• Undertaking project tasks as required
• Support the Program Manager to develop project strategies
• Ensure projects adhere to frameworks/governances and all documentation is maintained appropriately for each project
• Assess project risks and issues and provide solutions where applicable
• Ensure stakeholder views are managed towards the best solution
• Chair and facilitate meetings where appropriate and distribute minutes to all project team members
• Create a project management calendar for fulfilling each goal and objective

REQUIREMENTS

• Knowledgeable in all phases of the project management life cycle
• Wireless deployment experience and understanding
• Knowledge of file management, transcription, and other administrative procedures
• Strong critical thinking, analytical and problem-solving skills
• Capable of managing multiple projects and responsibilities, sometimes under extreme time-critical conditions
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
• Ability to work on tight deadlines
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills as well as excellent presentation skills

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor’s Degree in business, administration or engineering preferred
• Proficient in MS Excel (Pivot tables, etc.), PowerPoint, and Word
• Previous experience with wireless network deployments or 3 years of experience in a related field
• PMP certification preferred, but not required

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $65,000.00 – $75,000.00 per year
