The Project Coordinator is responsible for the execution of capital and internal projects, delivering them all on time and within budget.

To ensure the successful launch of all projects, the Project Coordinator will work with customers, vendors, and internal cross-functional partners throughout the stages of the project lifecycle including the development and implementation of the project plan and the post-launch operational review.

Responsibilities:

  • The management of project plans for all assigned projects including the documentation of requirements, establishing objectives, setting and achieving milestones and tasks to deliver on time and within budget.

  • Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders through multiple communication channels, including regular project meetings, to keep all stakeholders informed on required updates and responsibilities to ensure the timely launch of new residential buildings.

  • Coordinate communication with property management and local staff to ensure successful completion of all on-site work.

  • Ability to identify project impacting critical issues and challenges and work with members of the Project Management team to develop and implement successful solutions.

  • Oversee project documentation including the status of milestones and tasks, producing regular internal and external reports.

  • Delegate and assign project responsibilities; directing motivating and managing all project work and resources involved within the project. Ensure efficient use of company resources to meet the project deliverables.

Requirements

  • Proven work experience as a Project Coordinator or similar role. Experience within the Telecommunications Industry is highly preferred

  • Ability to identify project impacting critical issues and challenges and work with members of the Project Management team to develop and implement successful solutions.

  • Proven ability to efficiently multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to effectively communicate with all employee and management levels.

  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office: Project, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

  • Experience with project management software (Asana, Monday.com) is a plus.
