Project Coordinator

Responsibilities include:

  • Managing multiple site project at the same time to ensure that all your crews work seamlessly.
  • Coordinate between the crew, the suppliers/subcontractors, the office and the clients: get permits and notices, clarify agreements and terms with crews and clients, set and keep budgets, organize and plan for site preparations and work.
  • Provide reports (of how many projects were started/completed/put on hold) during the week/day.
  • Give proposals to improve organizing company operations and submit according to the command lines.

Requirements:

  • Project Management Skills and Managing Multiple Project at once.
  • Organizational and Planning Skills.
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability To Work With Technical Terms.
  • Strong character and ability to work under pressure

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 – $90,000.00 per year

Supplemental pay types:

  • Bonus pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Warminster, PA: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

  • Project coordination: 2 years (Preferred)
  • Construction: 2 years (Preferred)
  • Telecommunication: 2 years (Preferred)
