Qualifications
2-4 years experience in a similar role. Strong knowledge of MS Office, Strong knowledge of Excel, including the ability to manipulate large amounts of data and perform complex Excel functions; Project control tracking/forecasting/scheduling systems experience. Strong communication skills, confident interacting in verbal, written and electronic form. Telecommunications construction experience beneficial. Bookkeeping/accounting knowledge is a plus.

Excellent time management and organization skills. Proven ability to juggle and reprioritize based on business demands. Knowledge of main telecommunications office processes; Ability to work within a team setting and independently. Capable of responding to requests in typical situations, understanding client needs and works to meet those needs by working closely with contractors and verifying that that utility locates are completed before the contractor begins the work.
Job Description
As an experienced Project Coordinator, you should be able to fulfill various duties and responsibilities. They should be able to work closely with Market manager to create comprehensive action plans concerning resources, and timeframes for projects. The Project Coordinator will provide routine administrative support to internal and external project management team members. This position will collect, process, input, organize and file data and documentation from various sources and stakeholders to support the administrative, documentation, data, reporting, compliance, and communications needs of projects. Collects, processes, inputs, organizes, and files data and documentation from various sources and stakeholders as requested by project management team in accordance with established business processes.
Processes information within specific timeframes in order to maintain efficiency and timeliness. Organizes information into standard formats and reports in various systems and locations such as the project dashboard, maintains documents per established file structure.
Coordinates submission of project documentation per project requirements. Prepares routine correspondence (such as letters, emails, meeting notes and proposals) and reviews outgoing materials for conformance with best practice standards and formats.
Prepare Payroll documentation including verification of completed work, completing any adjustments based on workorder changed and confirming the accuracy of information from contractors.
