Job Description
Essential Duties:
- Build strong relationships with internal/external teams, contractors, and Construction Managers.
- Coordinate new customer set up and documentation
- Participate on a collaborative cross-functional team to effectively support the processes to initiate, plan, execute and monitor all phases of projects daily
- Work with managers and leads, prepare project closeout packages, submit to client within the allotted time frame.
- Coordinate with managers on bids
- Coordinate site inspections upon completion of various milestones throughout projects
- Provide coordination with inspection crews on tower modification schedules, construction sequencing, shipping dates and logistical issues.
- Manage document uploads and produce closeout reports according to customer expectations for each project. Review all required documentation prior to report completion. Ensure that all project close-out documentation is uploaded to the internal and external customers shared system when the project is completed.
- Proactively communicate and provide solutions to problems
- Follow up on action items and prepare reports on project milestone accomplishments.
- Ad hoc reporting, analysis, modeling and projects
- Maintain client files
- Maintain cooperative relationships with clients and employees
- Maintaining company safety documents for internal and external purposes
- Completing all needed travel arrangements for crew rotations
- Manage certain Ethos contactors licenses and building permits
- Perform various administrative functions to keep the office running smoothly
- Work well with the Golden, CO office Shared Services team (accounting, human resources, IT, warehouse)
- Perform other duties as assigned
Education, Training, and Skills Required:
You have prior project coordination experience, have an eye for detail, and demonstrate great communication with customers, vendors and our team.
- 3 years construction project coordinator experience-preferably telecom experience
- 3 years administrative experience
- People management/coordination experience
- Organized with great attention to detail
- Strong computer and internet research skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills – ability to work well with all levels of management and staff, as well as outside clients and vendors
- Able to work independently and with minimal supervision
- Positive, friendly and professional appearance and demeanor
- Effective problem-solving and creative thinking skills
- Intermediate or better skills in Microsoft Office 365
- Willingness to learn and adapt to change – we are growing and things will evolve
- Must be available evenings and weekends, as needed, to support field crews
- Bilingual (Spanish-English) preferred
- Budget time, effectively organize, and perform work amidst interruptions
- Pass initial background check and ongoing substance screening
- Driving record must meet Ethos insurance standards and must maintain a valid state Driver’s License
