Project/Domain Overview
: Project is the implementation of an end-to-end labeling support system featuring an Artwork Management tool, capability changes tied together with the implementation of a BPM tool integrated in the foundation architecture using agile methodology.


Outline of key responsibilities & deliverables
:

  • SharePoint experience (helping with the page updates as well as the newsfeed generation)
    • Maintain (update) FAQ content.
    • Support with SP site updates
    • Newsfeed Update
    • Content Management
  • Scheduling
    • Training sessions
    • BPM Change Agent Network
    • Office Hours
    • Road Shows
  • End user & Stakeholder List Management
    • Add/remove as necessary.
  • Meeting scheduling
  • Manage Communication tracker.
  • Managed the Relay Project Mailbox
    • Scan
    • Reply
    • Forward questions as appropriate
      • Manage and assemble responses as directed by project team.
    • Partnered on communication development.
      • mining project team data for relevant draft content
      • sending reminders
      • sending final comm
      • Updating SP with comms

Experience and Skills:

  • Experience working on an IT project in a change management or communications capacity.
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Proficient in SharePoint development
  • Experience developing communications.
  • Excellent verbal & written skills
  • Strong organization skills with the ability to multi-task
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work.
