Airosmith Development is seeking a Project Coordinator I to join their growing Broadband Services team. This position will administer and organize all project related activities in cooperation with project leaders, aiming at the flawless execution of team initiatives. These projects typically involve site development services to build or modify communications infrastructure.

Responsibilities, include but are not limited to the following:
- Assist in mentoring/training new team members.
- Point of contact for Technician, Utility/Broadband Services crew and oversees day-to-day operations.
- Documentation and implementation of process steps for purposes of streamlining workflow.
- Katapult software maintenance, design and debugging.
- Katapult liaison for existing sites/modifications/upgrades, perform file audits to determine existing conditions, client entitlements and course of action for proposed scope of work.
- Katapult point of contact internally and externally.
- Assist with data collection, validation, and ongoing maintenance/updates in various internal and 3rd party systems.
- Coordinate with cross-functional project teams to create and administer project plans, reports, and schedules.
- Assist with administrative preparation for various meetings.
- Maintain adequate communication regarding project status and priorities.
- Assist with ongoing forecasting of dates/completion relating to assigned projects.
- Ensure all records are kept properly.
- Provide weekly status reports.
- Other duties and special projects as assigned.
Requirements:
- 2 – 4yrs Project Coordinator experience preferably within the utility and/or wireless telecommunications industry.
Education:
- AAS degree or three (3) years’ work experience in a related field preferred.
