Essential Function:
- Prepare process and status reports, assign and monitor document numbers, and review documents for accuracy and completeness
- Load and maintain files of engineering drawings, project reports, specifications, product proposals and documentation
- Develop and maintain positive customer relationships that achieve optimal profitability and growth.
- Prepare workload reports including overdue, status, in progress, etc.
- Track asset inventory and manage the provisioning of assets (such as laptops, software, phones and other similar tools) for technical staff.
- Communicate effectively with the customer in order to identify needs and evaluate appropriate solutions
- Schedule and coordinate all aspects of the project work plan from pre-installation surveys, installations, service calls and customer follow ups as appropriate
- Identify resources needed and coordinate individual responsibilities
- Review deliverables prepared by the team before passing on to client
- Ensure project documents are complete, processed and stored appropriately
- Keep the project team well informed of changes and updates
- Ensure accurate invoicing and monitor procurement of materials for all projects
- Maintain and update work order management system
- Document obstacles and delays and seek workarounds
- Seek opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and deepen client relationships
Minimum Job Requirements:
- Typically requires a minimum of 4 years of related experience;
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, SmartSheets, and work order management systems
- Ability to investigate and solve complex problems and implement related work improvements with cross functional team members
- Demonstrates good judgment in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions
- Ability to communicate information and ideas clearly and concisely, in writing and verbally
- Ability to actively listen and ask effective questions to accomplish tasks proficiently
- High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to work in fast paced environment, and ability to meet deadlines
- Proven ability to effectively meet customer’s needs, build productive internal and external stakeholder relationships and take responsibility for customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Self-disciplined and able to work independently
- Solid math skills

Physical Conditions:
- Sitting for extended period of time while viewing a computer monitor and performing various desk work.
- Occasional lifting and carrying of up to 25 lbs.
