Essential Function:

  • Prepare process and status reports, assign and monitor document numbers, and review documents for accuracy and completeness
  • Load and maintain files of engineering drawings, project reports, specifications, product proposals and documentation
  • Develop and maintain positive customer relationships that achieve optimal profitability and growth.
  • Prepare workload reports including overdue, status, in progress, etc.
  • Track asset inventory and manage the provisioning of assets (such as laptops, software, phones and other similar tools) for technical staff.
  • Communicate effectively with the customer in order to identify needs and evaluate appropriate solutions
  • Schedule and coordinate all aspects of the project work plan from pre-installation surveys, installations, service calls and customer follow ups as appropriate
  • Identify resources needed and coordinate individual responsibilities
  • Review deliverables prepared by the team before passing on to client
  • Ensure project documents are complete, processed and stored appropriately
  • Keep the project team well informed of changes and updates
  • Ensure accurate invoicing and monitor procurement of materials for all projects
  • Maintain and update work order management system
  • Document obstacles and delays and seek workarounds
  • Seek opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and deepen client relationships


Minimum Job Requirements:

  • Typically requires a minimum of 4 years of related experience;
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred


Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, SmartSheets, and work order management systems
  • Ability to investigate and solve complex problems and implement related work improvements with cross functional team members
  • Demonstrates good judgment in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions
  • Ability to communicate information and ideas clearly and concisely, in writing and verbally
  • Ability to actively listen and ask effective questions to accomplish tasks proficiently
  • High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Ability to work in fast paced environment, and ability to meet deadlines
  • Proven ability to effectively meet customer’s needs, build productive internal and external stakeholder relationships and take responsibility for customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Self-disciplined and able to work independently
  • Solid math skills

  • Sitting for extended period of time while viewing a computer monitor and performing various desk work.
