Position: Project Coordinator- Telecommunication

Location:   Remote / On-Site

Department: York1

Employment Type:    Full Time

This position would be of interest to individuals who have a good understanding of Construction in a Telecommunication environment.

  • Coordinating and supporting logistical requirements of multiple projects through to completion.
  • Analyzing high volume of work orders.
  • Maintaining project schedules as required.
  • Tracking and forecasting of budget, work in progress and support billing activities
  • Completing updates within customer systems as required
  • Responding to emails, phone calls and responding to information requests in timely manner.
  • Data Entry as needed.
  • Preparing statements of work, change of work, etc.
  • Other duties as required.

Skills / Qualifications:

  • Post-secondary education; in business, Science or Engineering; or 3-5 years related experience working in broadband implementation
  • Strong working knowledge of MS office products including high level proficiency in Excel.
  • Extremely organized with excellent prioritization skills
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to follow instructions and work independently
  • Excellent written and oral communication.
  • Strong drive for customer focused results.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $45,000.00-$55,000.00 per year

Education:

  • Secondary School (preferred)

  • Project coordination: 2 years (preferred)
