Required Qualifications:
- Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Mississauga, Ontario or be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel.
- Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
- At least 7 years of Information Technology experience.

Preferred Qualification :
- Minimum 7 years of industrial experience in program and project management roles managing technical delivery and people management aspects.
- Should have minimum 5 years of experience in the Agile Practitioner roles including Agile Coach / Scrum Master.
- Should have good experience in Telecom Product Management and Product Delivery Roles primarily on BSS with solid understanding of Agile methodologies, tools, frameworks and estimation.
- Should have Strong business analytical skills with the capability of identifying, analyzing, synthesizing product use data specifically on Telecom domain.
- Good knowledge of project management concepts, estimation, capacity planning, backlog grooming, requirements prioritization and scope management.
- Good knowledge of project financials, delivery risk management and stakeholder management.
- Should be certified (CSM / SAFe) Scrum Master / Product Owner.
- Expertise with management tools – JIRA, Rally, TFS, Confluence, Rally, Azure DevOps.
- Should have excellent communication, problem solving and critical thinking skills
- Should possess vast experience and knowledge of Frontend and Microservices Architecture.
- Should have expertise in developing and using dashboards in Splunk,Grafana, Kibana, New Relic, Elastic Search and Logtash.
- Should have knowledge in Mongo DB, Postgres SQL, IBM DB2 and Oracle Database
