We are currently looking for an experienced Project Coordinator to join our team in Guelph!

Job Summary: The Project Coordinator is responsible for maintaining communication between Tremble Communication resources and client contacts.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Main point of contact between clients and internal staff to effectively manage multiple work projects
  • Create work orders for each project
  • Issue and track work orders from start of project to completion
  • Prepare project schedules and activities
  • Maintain clear and accurate documentation of all project records
  • Coordinate with Office staff for locates and Road occupancy permits
  • Problem-solve and planning
  • Effectively communicate and coordinate ongoing activities

Qualifications: * 1-3 years Project Manager experience within a telecommunications company preferred

  • Strong organizational skills required
  • Effective communication ability is a must
  • Ability to read construction drawings (maps)
  • Planning and problem solving daily
  • Fluent in Microsoft Office
  • Strong ability to read and understand plans and locates

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: $52,325.34-$107,632.50 per year
