We are currently looking for an experienced Project Coordinator to join our team in Guelph!
Job Summary: The Project Coordinator is responsible for maintaining communication between Tremble Communication resources and client contacts.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Main point of contact between clients and internal staff to effectively manage multiple work projects
- Create work orders for each project
- Issue and track work orders from start of project to completion
- Prepare project schedules and activities
- Maintain clear and accurate documentation of all project records
- Coordinate with Office staff for locates and Road occupancy permits
- Problem-solve and planning
- Effectively communicate and coordinate ongoing activities
Qualifications: * 1-3 years Project Manager experience within a telecommunications company preferred
- Strong organizational skills required
- Effective communication ability is a must
- Ability to read construction drawings (maps)
- Planning and problem solving daily
- Fluent in Microsoft Office
- Strong ability to read and understand plans and locates
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: $52,325.34-$107,632.50 per year
