Overview and Essential Functions:

The Project Manager will lead the coordination of all functions of Kanaan’s fiber market deployments. Responsible for overall project timelines, reporting, workflow required to successfully launch multiple area-wide projects.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:
  • Responsible for the effective management of all Fiber-To-The-Home (FTTH) projects and their associated budgets and schedules, including coordinating all deliverables and requirements of the entire cross-functional project team.
  • Participate in preparation and review of estimates with attention to the following: adherence to cost control system, equipment requirements and utilization, constructability, materials, manpower, general conditions, schedule, insurance, etc.
  • Analyze operations, identify performance issues, and make corrective action while maintaining profitable daily workload
  • Identify, monitor, and address problem areas and work to eliminate customer service/quality control issues and act as a direct liaison between our customers and Management.

Qualifications:


WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

Required:
  • 5-7 years of related telecom construction experience with a proven record of successful construction management
  • 3-5 years of Project management including project definition, planning, scheduling, vendor management, risk assessment, budgeting, change management, and project control
  • Solid organization skills and demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities to successful completion.
  • Experience with MS Office Suite and Google Applications
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Must possess a valid driver’s license for at least 2 years.

Preferred:
  • Knowledge of fiber-optic construction a plus
