As the Project Manager, you will be responsible for an ongoing assessment of the business val-ue being delivered to and acknowledged by our clients. You will be working closely with one of our strategic clients, ensuring that the business transformation which is built on our company’s product portfolio is aligned with the overall product roadmap, and the operational and strategic needs of our clients.
- Listen to customers, understand their business needs and drive clarity on required work to meet these.
- Support the end-to-end solutions process to ensure on-time delivery.
- Manage the day-to-day customer relationship, acting as trusted advisor to the executive- and senior leadership team.
- Build bridges with product and customer teams to support joint product development and discover adoption challenges.
- Bring a strong sense of execution and ownership to the team.
- Identify dependencies and develop mitigation strategies.
- Ongoing communication of planning, project status, issues, and risks in a timely fashion to stakeholders.
- BS in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent related professional experience
- 5+ years’ experience managing technology-related programs using agile development techniques
- Experience in the broadcast- and/or new media industry advantage
- Strong strategic and critical thinking skills; ability to see the “big picture” while also diving into details
- Resilient and constructive when faced with change, able to shift approaches when need-ed in response to unexpected events and circumstances
- Communicates concisely and effectively; and possess excellent listening skills (French speaker is a plus).
- Establishes credibility and rapport with technical and non-technical partners at all levels of the organization up to Senior Executives
