Are you a Project Manager ready to take the next step in your commonwealth career? As a Project Manager 3 you will establish delivery center level strategic initiatives, process design, and governance, and apply your creative and innovative thinking to problems and initiatives.
The successful candidate in this position will, plan, organize, prioritize, and manage multiple work efforts across multiple teams. You will prepare agendas, organize and lead meetings, create project charters, identify and document project risks and issues, create and manage project plans in Microsoft Project, Excel and Daptiv, and identify and manage project scope and change control.
You will clearly communicate project drivers, purpose, milestones, end goals, risks and issues to the stakeholders, track the work of business and technical teams to a schedule, provide oversight and/or create release management plan, and drive business and technical team to provide project requirements.
Work Schedule and Additional Information:
- Full-time employment.
- Work hours are 8:00 am to 4:00 pm, Monday – Friday, with a 30-minute lunch.
Telework: You may have the opportunity to work from home (telework) full-time. In order to telework, you must have a securely configured high-speed internet connection. If you are unable to telework, you will have the option to report to the headquarters office in Harrisburg.

Minimum Experience and Training Requirements:
- Six years of experience in leading IT projects and a bachelor’s degree; or
- An equivalent combination of experience and training that includes six years of experience in leading IT projects.
Additional Requirements:
- You must be able to perform essential job functions.
