Project Manager

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
include the following (other duties may be assigned):

• Plan, implement, manage, and monitor telecommunications infrastructure projects and overall performance and profitability
• Provide leadership and support to your assigned projects
• Conduct site walks as needed
• Able to manage project from start to finish and make sure the work is up to quality standards
• Supervision and mentoring of employees, scheduling, coordination, budgeting, and contract negotiation, modifications and additions
• Plan and organize workload, ordering of equipment and materials, goal setting, meet project schedule, and bring in on or under budget, communicate with and keep client updated, handle disputes
• Project Financial responsibility including project profitability
• Processing Closeout documentation to include installation manuals and project drawings
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics and drawings
• Ability to successfully interact with all levels of the company and customers
• Ability to be a self-starter and motivated to achieve goals
• Ability to motivate others and mentor and guide others to be successful
• Excellent oral and written communication skills along with good organizational skills

Job Requirements

• Must have basic computer skills to implement data on internal applications – MS Office (Excel, Word and Outlook)
• Experience with installation of Data and Fiber Optic Cabling
• Minimum 3 years of successful experience as a Project Manager for a Telecommunications Infrastructure company
