Project Manager

All Electrical Services is a telecommunications contractor seeking an experienced Project Manager. Telecom-specific experience is a plus but is not necessary–we strongly encourage anyone with Project Management experience in the construction industry to apply.

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and consistently achieve a high degree of profitability and customer satisfaction.
• Become the primary point of contact for the customer and work closely with their staff throughout the project lifecycle.
• Provide regular and frequent updates to the customer for each step throughout the project lifecycle via email.
• Pull permits as needed and be aware of municipality requirements.
• Review the completed files for the profitability and accuracy of the original scope.
• Responsible for providing detailed file documentation.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required

• 1+ yrs of Project Management (construction or similar) experience preferred; OR
• 3+ yrs of Assistant Project Management/Project Coordinator experience required
• Excellent relationship building/maintenance skills.
• Knowledge of telecom industry a plus, but not required.
• Ability to multi-task, work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Possess exceptional interpersonal communication skills.
• Strong sense of urgency and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage crews and monitor their activity.
• Very strong organizational and time management skills.
• Hard-working TEAM player who can easily adapt to changing needs.
• Strong desire to learn and excel.
• Must have and maintain a valid driver’s license as driving for business is required occasionally.
• Must be reliable, dependable and drug-free.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.

Benefits package

• $55,000 – $90,000 depending on experience.
• 50% employer-paid health, dental, and vision insurance after 60 days.
• Paid vacations – 1 year – 1 week, 2 years – 2 weeks, 5 years – 3 weeks.
• 401k w/ 6% match (fully vested) after 1 year.
