Who are we seeking to join our team?

We are looking for an energetic, independent individual to join our tight-knit Project Management team. This is a great opportunity for an individual who is looking to contribute to the growth of a well-established Canadian brand.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing projects within the decided-upon budget, timeline, and scope. They will also effectively monitor and present project updates to relevant stakeholders, clients, or project team members.


Responsibilities

  • Responsible for providing project planning and management of Customer-facing deployments including order fulfillment of VoIP and Managed Services.
  • Responsible for providing project planning and management of internal projects with Technology Department.
  • Lead and monitor different teams across the company and interact with staff at all levels in the organization
  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the execution of multiple internal and external projects
  • Develop a detailed project plan to track progress, set timelines, monitor project deliverables
  • Act as the Overall Project Deployment Prime and manage the detailed project schedule and planning;
  • Develop and define project milestones, deliverables & completion criteria;
  • Kick Off Customer-facing and internal deployments reviewing all important documentation and housekeeping items before the project begins;
  • Identify and resolve project issues and drive project deliverables;
  • Manage risk, scope, cost, budget and overall schedule end to end;
  • Define strategic direction and prioritize project phases to ensure continued program evolution;
  • Consult and collaborate with your PMO team;
  • Align expectations with relevant stakeholders to clearly define requirements and deliver expected results for assigned sub-projects and migration waves;
  • Update relevant stakeholders or team members on the project progress
  • Maintain a working relationship with the customer and stakeholders at both sides of the organization;
  • Will be assigned to multiple projects simultaneously.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
  • Strong business acumen in project planning and management
  • Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills
  • Experience in the Telecommunication industry
