ENA is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team.
Responsibilities:
What you will do:
As Project Manager (PM), you will be responsible for the successful deployment of ENA service offerings to customers. This includes facilitating and negotiating with customers, vendors and all internal ENA teams to drive consistent and timely execution of project tasks and deliverables within budget and with high customer satisfaction. Additionally, you will document, track, and report on current and pending service installations and adjust priorities, resolve conflicts, communicate and coordinate to achieve completion objectives.
Project Managers participate in continuous process improvement in the implementation arena and adhere to defined processes and procedures to ensure internal systems are updated timely and accurately such that all departments within the company will have the necessary data to perform their tasks in a timely and effective manner. Additionally, you will conduct and document regular status updates with relevant vendors and customers in a frequency appropriate to the activity scope, timing, and impact. You also contribute to periodic vendor reviews and exchanges to encourage and enable vendors to improve in their delivery and support to ENA.

You possess exceptional communications skills and a professional presence. You are known to have strong business acumen, negotiation and relationship management skills. In addition, you also have proven experience successfully handling technical and customer problem resolution. While you work well independently, you also enjoy being part of a dynamic team environment.
Your experience includes:
A Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Business, or Engineering and 5+ years of project management experience, with a minimum of 2+ years’ experience in the telecom/utility space is required.
Familiarity with voice and wi-fi concepts, terminology, and associated implementations is preferred.
Must be proficient in the use of the Microsoft Office Suite.
This position requires approximately 10% travel.
