Senior Project Manager – Audio-Visual

Senior Technology Program Manager candidate sought for leading financial services company engagement.

As a member of this global consultancy, the candidate will work with and on behalf under the direction of the office of the client’s CTO (Confidential).

The experienced candidate will lead and direct a fully staffed client resource team and project consultants in multiple, overarching
initiatives including but not limited to:

• Company Headquarters Relocation.
• AV Hardware & Infrastructure Standards.
• Server Build, Data Center Migration & Commissioning.
• Desktop | Mobile strategy, enterprise planning and deployment.
• User training, workflow change management & adoption.
• Physical Security Technology & Room Reservation standards.
• Device selection, purchase specifications & roll-out.
• Oversight on AV UX, Telephony platforms & enterprise implementation.
• Wifi|DAS|Data Circuit Standards.

Qualifications
Minimum of 8 years experience in a client facing Consultant with direct AV (Audio Viusal)

Thorough knowledge of telecommunications cabling and infrastructure design and
implementation

Knowledge of industry standards including BICSI, IEEE and TIA/EIA

Proven knowledge of industry standard equipment manufacturers including Cisco, Aruba, Juniper, Extreme, Avaya Cisco since 1994, Juniper, Aruba and Avaya

Project Management a must / Migration/move management experience, a plus Program managed several large scale migrations

Knowledge of audio-visual/multimedia and security systems, a plus Familiar with Crestron and Accuview

• Proficient in Microsoft Suite
• General knowledge of digital media delivery technologies, AV systems and ICT disciplines’
• Experience managing large programs such as data center consolidations, disaster recovery management, network globalization, end user management globalization, migration of applications to cloud based environments
• Demonstrated technical project management and planning skills and experience in managing audio visual deliverables including work breakdown structures and tasks like technical requirements and detailed design
• Experience coordinating with deliverables across various groups to accomplish system deliverables
• Strong management, leadership, communication, analytical, problem-solving and interpersonal skills with the ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced team environment I am a proven leader
• Strong understanding of project life cycle methodology and procedures with the ability to conduct an analysis of business needs

Nice to have

• BS/Engineering or related science preferred BSEET
• RCDD Certified / PMP Certification a plus RCDD
