Airosmith Development is currently seeking a Project Manager to join their fast growing Broadband Services team. This position is responsible for coordinating employees and contractors who are responsible for performing FOIA requests, survey, mapping, GIS services, and permitting application, along with POC communications with multiple clients. These projects typically involve site development and permitting services to build or modify broadband infrastructure projects. This position requires strong project management experience.

Responsibilities, include but are not limited to the following:
- Coordinate with project team to ensure work product meets customer requirements for both quality and timeliness.
- Coordinate with project team to ensure that plans and instructions are carried out by all team members.
- Reviews the quality and completeness of due diligence/work product to ensure it complies with company standards.
- Create, review, and approve PO’s and POR’s to and from client and vendors to ensure all financial controls have been met.
- Maintain document files.
- Coordinate with and monitor outside vendor partners, including engineers, surveyors, environmental engineers, title search firms, etc. to ensure that work is completed within required timeframes.
- Must be able to multitask, driven/self-starter skill set with the “get it done” approach.
- Demonstrates attention to detail, accuracy and thoroughness, persistence to overcome obstacles, good problem-solving skills, and ability to complete work in a timely manner.
- Strong ability to collect, research and analyze data, and to identify and solve practical problems in a timely manner; able to deal with a variety of variables in situations where some standardization may exist. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
- Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from managers, clients, contractors, agents and brokers, and the general public.
- Assists in the preparation of proposals.
- Review field data collected; identify and report failures or missing data.
- Maintain knowledge of current underlying technologies and industry practices and regulations.
Requirements:
- 3 – 5 years wireless telecom or broadband network infrastructure experience.
- 1 year assistant management and client management experience.
- Proficient in MS Office 365 (Excel, required), Google Drive, Adobe, and Google Earth.
- A valid state driver’s license.
- Work as team member and willing to learn new tasks.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Land Use, Urban Planning, GIS or related field; or
- AAS degree and three+ (3+) years’ work experience in a related field preferred.
