Project Manager/Business Analyst

Description:

• The Project Manager will be an important member of the company’s Operations Planning and Analysis team in Corporate Technology and will be involved in conducting process reviews, designing software applications and performing vendor research to support the objectives of the bank’s business units

These efforts will create value for the company by significantly altering internal processes or bringing new technology to bear in important business activities

In each of these activities, the successful candidate will work closely with business unit and technical management and staff. This person will be dedicated to the telecom group. Mostly projects with call centers. Automated systems for tracking performance on call metrics, speech recognition software.

• The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline and five or more years of relevant business area experience in which one or more of the following occurred:
• Experience managing multiple high-profile technology projects simultaneously
• Demonstrated competency in strategic thinking with strong abilities in relationship management
• Participation on multidisciplinary, high-performance work teams/groups, preferably in a leadership capacity
• In-depth experience in designing and implementing software applications
• Experience mapping and analyzing processes which created significant value for an organization

Top Skills Details:

1. 4+ years of Technical Business Analyst experience

2. 4+ years of managing small projects or Project Management experience – someone who can influence and negotiate with the business to keep things on schedule and budget

3. Documentation skills
