Job Duties and Responsibilities:
In this role, you will help organize, track, and prioritize the activities of the Device Services team. Ranging from product launches, developing business requirements with IT partners, collaboration with internal stakeholders, product testing, incident management and tracking. The scope of this role covers all aspects of the Device Services team including insurance, trade in and device financing.
Responsibilities:
- Track all open initiatives and develop detailed project plans for each
- Develops project schedules that identifies key phases, activities, and deliverables
- Identifies and communicates project dependencies
- Track and manage all incidents for device services products
- Escalate resource needs based on project scope and schedule performance
- Develops project reports that highlight recent accomplishments, project timeline, and escalated risks/issues with appropriate action plans
Skills, Experience and Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field such as project management, information systems, finance, or telecommunications.
- Bachelor’s degree and/or 3+ years of program management and business experience leading large complex initiatives; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Minimum of 3 years in a Project or Delivery Management role
- History of successful implementations and managing operational initiatives
- Ability to establish trust and rapport with team members and business partners
- Highly developed oral and written communication skills
- Ability to create executive-level presentations summarizing the status of projects
- Excellent organizational and time management skills

Salary Range: USD $57400.00 – $82000.00 / Year
