Role: Project manager + Scrum Master

Location: Chanhassen, MN

9-15 years of overall experience in IT industry.

  • Minimum 5+ project management, Release and delivery responsibility.
  • Min. 3 years in Scrum Master Role.
  • Ability to establish and maintain clear mechanisms to communicate project status to senior management and customer.
  • Proficient in Agile Scrum methodology with an ability to adapt quickly to changing technology requirements
  • Understand technology , should help in identifying new technologies trends and help teams in adoption of the same
  • Ability to manage change, dependencies, Risks, Escalations and coordinate with stakeholders to manage its impact
  • Ability to work with teams spread across geographies to deliver projects
  • Experience to estimate efforts using multiple techniques
  • Mandatory Development and Technical management experience in one of the following three areas preferably in Healthcare/Medical/Digital and Cloud based projects

Domain experience in Digital Health/Telehealth/Healthcare /UC/Telecom
– PMP certification
– SAFE Agile certification

  • Manage Medical devices / Embedded Product development projects of different sizes, Utilizing management skills to enhance the level of service and quality of deliverables.
  • Hands on experience of Project Development life cycle – Perform project estimation, project planning, monitoring, tracking and Status reporting
  • Develop detailed project plans using MS Project or customer specific tools
  • Play Scrum master role, conduct Scrum ceremonies , Coordinate with cross functional teams and business stake holders
  • Identify project risks and derive effective mitigation plans to handle the same
  • Elicit requirements and technical inputs from subject matter experts and business stake holders in customer organization
  • Effort Estimation, Technical/Business proposals creation and SoW creation.
  • Communicate complex issues to stakeholders with recommendations on the path forward.
  • Coordinate stakeholder meetings to ensure all parties understand the deliveries and milestones and the resources that are assigned
  • Good People management skills – Manage, Guide, mentor and nurture team.
  • Effectively Negotiate with team members to define the team’s goals, work content and schedules
  • Participate in presales activities to support account growth.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $70.00 – $80.00 per hour
