Project Manager Nppv2 Nppv3

My client a leading IT solutions provider are seeking to recruit a Project Manager and you will bring the below skill set:

You will currently hold NPPV2 and NPPV3 as this is essential for the role on offer

NPPV3/SC clearance essential

What you’ll need to succeed in this role:

• RAID management skills;
• Resource management skills to work with resource lead to undertake resource planning to ensure required capacity and delivery capability;
• Scheduling management skills using MS Project;
• Experience of Identifying, tracking and delivering programme benefits.
• Financial management experience of working with the finance team to ensure that the project’s finances are controlled and tracked within agreed tolerances;
• Dependency management experience;
• Reporting management – ensure that all various reporting demands on the programme are met by maintaining the above and ensuring that reports are fulfilled in a timely manner.
• Strong stakeholder engagement capability, being able to effectively influence and enable colleagues to understand how to deliver change to achieve sustainable results and manage operational risk;
• Programme support skills, including new starters/leavers processes, project documentation, and managing project meetings;
• Proven business change management experience, ideally from within large scale transformations spanning business, process, culture, behaviour and technology change;
• Ability to build client change capability using a range of standardised or tailored change tools including setting up and managing networks of change champions;
• Being an advocate for using change and programme tools in fast moving environments;
• Experience of contributing to a collaborative team culture and an environment of continuous learning;
• Public sector experience useful, particularly in a criminal justice environment;
• Current NPPV2/CTC or NPPV3/SC vetting status
