Core capabilities/ skills:

• Minimum of 8-10+ years of experience in marketing/ business management, corporate strategy, or strategy consulting
• Strong project management skills, strategy thinking and ideally experience in working cross functional and in global teams/ environment
• Preferably knowledge and experience in Sustainability or environmental business
• Excellent skills in English
• Flexible work hours / remote location

Key deliverables:

• Market/ Business (BU) engagement (localize strategy, support acquisition integration, senior stakeholder management and capability building)
• Support BU’s in localizing the global Vision 2030 Sustainability strategy and development of roadmaps to 2025/ 2030
• Partner with BU-Sustainability leads to understand their needs in providing transparency and clarity to their local teams about the new V2030 Sustainability strategy, priorities, key programs and ways of working
• Co-lead delivery of BU sustainability workshops, developing packaging and net zero/climate BU roadmaps towards 2025 and 2030; Manage consulting partnership that owns BU workshops facilitation
• Design and align approach to create brand and BU activation based on robust consumer insights
• Lead development and launch of ‘small BU roadmap toolkit’ inspired by learnings and best practice of priority BU workshops and supporting non-priority BU’s in developing their roadmaps self-guided
• Support with monthly BU connects and preparation for Senior Leadership meetings
• Support Senior Director/ SVP in upcoming acquisition integration and business harmonization around Sustainability, globally.
• Brand roadmaps, consumer engagement tool & sustainable packaging strategy
• Support Global brand teams in developing their sustainability roadmaps / programs
• Support the development and selective launch of consumer engagement pilots to drive behavior change
• Support VP Packaging in building an ‘advanced recycling’ business case incl. investment recommendation; further drive agenda for sustainable packaging

Pay: $65.00 – $68.00 per hour
