Project Manager/Service Integration

JOB TITLE: Service Integration Coordinator

REPORTS TO: Manager, Service Integration

SALARY RANGE: $50k – $60k

JOB SUMMARY:

This is an entry-level, customer facing, project management role in the Service Integration team. This role is mainly responsible for the coordination, organization and management of a sales order with two or more services for a new/existing client. The coordinator is responsible for the client’s needs, serving as the point person for all communication between the client and Ten4 from start to finish of the project.

Additional responsibilities for this role include process development and documentation, data management, client services research, and special projects as assigned.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop positive working relationships with all client touch points
• Receive and document assigned projects that are brought in by sales team members
• Understand the scope of work from the sales team member which may include connectivity orders, hosted voice, wireless broadband, etc.
• Establish communication with the internal members of Ten4 that will be involved on the project.
• Establish communication with the client to lay out the scope of work, address any client needs, questions, concerns and then establish and follow the schedule
• Create a timeline for given installation and schedule dates which work for both the client and Ten4 through daily, weekly, or bi-weekly updates.
• Manage all on-going communication from the start of the project until completion. Work with internal departments for each of the following as needed: ordering equipment, porting of numbers, installation of connectivity, backup connection, and tracking of various parts of the project.
• Assists with onboarding new customer locations in coordination with billing and support.
• Confirm installation success of each portion of the project; communicate to client.
• Track and follow up with any ongoing and unresolved issues until the project is completed.
• Provide client with Ten4 contacts for proper support moving forward with their service once fully installed.

Other Duties: Other projects as assigned, including new data/service entry, data validation, track cost savings for client, and Ten4 portal cleanup/maintenance.

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS:

• Bachelor’s degree and/or four or more years of relevant project management work experience is preferred
• Proven working experience in project management or carrier services is a plus
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
• Advanced skills in Excel, including pivot tables
• Organized and detail-oriented personality, with the ability to manage granular details without losing grasp of the higher-level plan
• Time management skills
• Articulate and confident methods of communicating both written and orally
• Ability to multitask and work on multiple projects simultaneously
• Team Player – a willingness to go above and beyond when needed
• Demonstrated problem solving skills
