Job Description

• Manage projects with top-down oversight throughout entire execution to ensure success as defined by adherence to standards of scope, budget, and timeline.

• Analyze, plan and develop requirements and standards in reference to scheduled projects

• Assign and oversee the daily tasks of technical personnel while ensuring all team members are actively working toward established milestones

• Hold regular team meetings to determine progress and address any questions or challenges regarding projects

• Communicate proactively with all involved personnel to provide encouragement, identify problems, create solutions, and implement efficiency improvements.

• Review proposed modifications on project plans, including meeting with interested parties to approve and implement changes.

• Determine and define clear deliverables, roles and responsibilities for staff members required for specific projects or initiatives

• Oversee acquisition of resources as needed before and during projects by talking with customers, team members, managers,

• Update and maintain all documentations related to the delivery projects.

Education:

• A University degree in Project Management, telecom, IT or related field required

• Professional Project Management Certification from accredited intuition is preferred

General skills:

• Demonstrated understanding of Project Management processes, strategies and methods

• Experience mentoring, coaching and developing rising talent in the technology department

• Excellent time management and organizational skills and experience establishing guidelines in these areas for others

• Strong sense of personal accountability regarding decision-making and supervising department teams

• Experience working in a high-level collaborative environment and promoting a teamwork mentality

• Managerial experience applying analytical thinking and problem-solving skills

• Experience working with different internal and external stakeholders, including technical, project management and account teams.

• Ability to predict challenges and seek to proactively head-off obstacles

• Ability to manage multi-national teams, onshore and offshore resources.

• Ability to work on abstract requirements and strict timelines

Job Type: Contract

Pay: From $50.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
