What you’ll do

As a Project Manager, you will play a key role in planning, managing and delivering projects that will pursue integration and efficiencies in TELUS field operations. Your role will be critical to ensuring we build an integrated national field team to consistently support our customers end-to-end.

  • Support the integration of value generation and professional services billed of recent TELUS acquisitions
  • Work closely with our TELUS Quebec team to develop processes and strategies to align with current TELUS models
  • Develop new and innovative ways for team members to drive customer loading
  • View problems as opportunities for improvement
  • Partner with other team members across TELUS to drive innovation in our processes, standards and/or technology
  • Pair your technical & project expertise with your business acumen to bring innovative ideas to fruition

Reporting to the Manager, Program Office this position is accountable for end-to-end delivery of overall projects including benefits management to drive standardization and governance across all field operations.

Great-to-haves

  • Bilingualism (English & French)
  • Experience in leading transformational projects
  • Familiarity with telecom and/or security field operations
