  • Plans effective programming grids meeting contractual obligations
  • Distributes accurate schedules to listing services and Master Control
  • Creates traffic logs and collaborate with Master Control
  • Identifies, acquires and schedules programming to meet airtime sales revenue goals.
  • Creates client affidavits and reporting.
  • Ensures spots and assigned advertising elements are properly inserted and trafficked for partners
  • Coordinates live events schedule and identifies any potential conflicts.
  • Coordinates compliance with syndicated black-out restrictions, retransmission content agreements and non-carry requirements.
  • Ensures proper show formats and avails within programming.
  • Coordinates with Market Managers to support market programming requirements.
  • Coordinates meeting contractual agreements of acquired licensed programming
