The Successful Applicant
Experience (technical, managerial, industry)
Strong financial and management accounting knowledge and experience
Understanding of complex contractual terms & commercial experience
Experience in budgeting / forecasting processes
Understanding of operational finance process and control
Strong business partnering experience with the ability to influence operational & delivery teams to drive positive commercial outcomes.
Experience with property and / or Telco industries
Experience of recent accounting standards application
Education level / Qualifications (professional, vocational)
Educated to degree level with Professional accountancy qualification (eg. ACA/ACCA/CIMA).
Significant PQE experience.
Skills / Knowledge
Adaptable & flexible – able to deal with multiple priorities and continual change
Ability to manage relationships with Senior Leadership Team, operational management, suppliers, and external advisors
Making an impact and using strong influencing skills with colleagues
Able to think forward to anticipate issues before they arise Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
