QA Manager

Fully Remote role – Bristol office

Up to £55k + 10% bonus and excellent benefits including 19% pension

We have an exciting new opportunity for a QA Manager to join a leading Financial Services company.

The QA Manager will lead the team (currently x8) responsible for ensuring that their digital solutions are reliable, secure, and enhance their clients’ experience.

This is an exciting opportunity to work across an extensive and varied project portfolio and play key a role in the way software projects are delivered.

We are looking for a QA Manager or Test Manager with a proven track record in software delivery, managing highly skilled and motivated teams whilst driving continuous improvement and best practices.

Experience will include:

• Previous experience leading QA and/or Test teams
• Working closely with agile squads and team leadership across all testing stages, upholding quality and implementing solutions and strategies
• Creating manual and automated test strategies and plans (in particular Automation experience)
• Ensuring all functional and non-functional aspects of the Quality function are embedded, including security and performance testing
• Monitoring and measuring team adherence to Standards and Quality across the SDLC
