RAD Communications has openings for fiber techs in NJ. installation, drop work as well as service visits. Our techs are dedicated and enjoy great workplace culture. We are seeking immediate help for client needs in both of our major markets and looking specifically for candidates with the flexibility and willingness to work weekends (three-day minimum schedule commitment per week). Experienced candidates will receive priority.
We are able to offer signing bonuses paid incrementally, in addition to $1500-3000 weekly for the right candidate(s). Learn telecommunications inside and out while making meaningful connections daily!
Our techs must meet the following minimum requirements:
- A passion for people
- High school diploma or GED a must
- Problem-solving skills and mechanical aptitude
- Motor Vehicle Abstract and Valid Driver’s License
- Ability and willingness to climb 30’ ladder
- Ability to lift 75lbs
- You must pass a pre-employment criminal background check and pre-employment drug screen
