This Recruiter position is responsible for interviewing and referring applicants for telecommunications related projects for various customers on a nationwide basis. This position ideally possesses considerable skill in interviewing techniques and a basic understanding of each customer’s requirements as well as knowledge of federal and state laws regarding employment practices. This is a salary-based role with heavy commission opportunities.

· Delivers high-quality service to customers and contract employees by matching contract employees’ skills with customers’ needs.

· Develops and retains business by providing outstanding customer service.

· Performs a variety of administrative tasks that support the overall mission of quality performance and service.

· Performs a variety of tasks unique to each specific customer account.

· Manages the order management process from receiving to completing a technical assignment.

· Asks the appropriate questions when taking job orders.

· Comprehends complex job orders.

· Responds to and qualifies job orders efficiently.

· Analyzes resumes accurately.

· Uses recruiting tools such as Indeed, CareerBuilder, ZipRecruiter and others to fill assignment orders rapidly with qualified contract employees.

· Interviews candidates to evaluate their technical qualifications for assignments.

· Makes key-skill resume submittals to acquire new or additional business.

· Troubleshoots to resolve problems or complaints of customers and/or contract employees.

· Administers and/or coordinates service quality training and quality performance programs.

· Builds professional relationships with customers, contract employees and staff.

Supervisory Responsibility

This position has no supervisory responsibilities.

Work Environment

This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones and printers/scanners.

1. BS Degree in Business or related field, or an equivalent amount of experience

2. Previous Interviewing or recruiting experience a plus

Preferred Skills / Knowledge

  • Knowledge of the telecommunications industry
  • Previous phone sales or high call volume environment
