Summary:
Major Duties and Responsibilities:

Recruits, hires, trains, motivates, organizes, and maintains an adequate staff to serve the needs of the system and of the customer.
Communicates and facilitates the execution of corporate goals, plans, and initiatives at the system level. -
Develops and maintains positive relationships with a wide variety of community and governmental leaders.

Identifies local marketing tactics and opportunities in support of acquisition and penetration growth goals for both existing and new territories.

Contributes to the regional public relations, branding, sales acquisition and customer loyalty.

Anticipates risks to business operations, communicates these risks to leadership and provides action steps to mitigate them before they are issues.

Must effectively integrate the ideals of providing outstanding customer service into every aspect of the Field Operations.

Fosters company culture and provides input and feedback on the status of our culture and ways to further promote it internally and externally.

Responsible for managing the Field Operations team’s performance in accordance with all company policies and procedures.

Responsible for effective communication of Field Operations activity and results to various levels of the organization.
Requirements for Position:
-
Must have demonstrated success in cross-functional responsibilities.

Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communications skills are required.
-
Must be able to effectively communicate concrete and abstract ideas to all levels of internal and external customers.

Self-motivated, self-sufficient and self-driven; must possess a high degree of integrity and accountability.

Must possess sound decision-making skills.
-
College degree in Operations Management, Business Management or telecommunications preferred
-
Five to seven (5-7) years of experience in telecommunications with an emphasis in successful operations management roles is required
-
Excellent project management and organizational skills, and proven ability to manage a large number of multiple priorities and projects.

Previous community leadership and/or participation.
