Wi-Fiber is seeking an experienced leader to build our world-class sales teams in the Northern Utah and Northern California territories. This is a rare, exciting opportunity to build the sales department from the ground up for a quickly growing tech company.
Our ideal candidate is one who possesses a proven track record in managing sales teams, both in the office and in the field. Additionally, you must have a network of sales professionals you can recruit to join our team.

Compensation
- Guaranteed base salary
- Individual commission (uncapped)

Job Responsibilities
- Recruit, train, manage and lead a team of inside and outside sales professionals in our Northern Utah and Northern California territories
- Lead by example by being a sales metrics leader in our Northern Utah territory. This currently covers Cache Valley up to Preston, Idaho.
- Produce sales strategies, tactics, and processes for your team to execute
- Develop fresh insights and techniques to reach more households with our service
- Produce accurate sales trends, and forecasts, and uncover opportunities within the KPIs
- Attend a weekly manager meeting and report daily sales and recruiting numbers
- Travel to our other branches in the USA (currently Ukiah, California), up to 20% of the year as necessary
Experience & Skills
- Ability to operate independently in a lean, fast-paced organization
- 1+ years of D2D sales experience in telecommunications, solar, pest control, or similar service
- 3+ years of experience leading top-performing sales teams
- Tech savvy with a basic knowledge of how the internet works
- Unwavering integrity, unrelenting drive for continuous improvement
- Clean background check
- Physical ability to work on your feet for extended periods of time
