The EnerStar Regional Sales Representative for this position serves as the point of contact for Enerstar’s Starlink account, growing the base of enterprise customers from account acquisition, contract signature, through successful activation, ensuring all contract terms are fulfilled.
This is role that will manage large, complex enterprise agreements. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter that has a passion for ensuring Enerstar’s excellent customer experience is second to none, while at the same time maximizing Enerstar’s market exposure and ongoing revenue expansion.

Enerstar Solutions is recruiting for a result driven Regional Sales Representative to fulfill this role. Being an integral part of the of the company and will be a based out of Odessa, Texas. The incumbent will be reporting to Enerstar Corporate Development Manager
Objectives of this Role:
The candidate is a seasoned and experienced professional with a strong engagement in Communications Sales. Candidate will be familiar with telecom/ICT solutions with a focus on developing new business opportunities by pursuing top line revenue growth in areas of strategic importance to Enerstar, working closely with Enerstar pre-sales engineering team, back office, and technical functions to ensure contracts deliver product alignment, technical feasibility, and strategic business benefits to Enerstar and our customers.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a strategy to generate new customers in your sales territory
- Keep company abreast of new business development opportunities, account status, potential customers, customer needs, and competitive issues.
- Initiate contact and follow up with potential customers to present our new products and services
- Maintain up-to-date information on our services and products, industry, competition, and market conditions to present them to clients as well as the EnerStar Team
- Attend online and in-person meetings, trade shows, and sales events
- Use of various sales methods (site to site, cold calling, head offices, presentations etc)
- Evaluate customers’ needs
- Build long lasting client relationships
- Meet personal and team sales targets
- Report and provide feedback to management using financial statistical data
- Manage and maintain your client database
- Work with the Operations Team to schedule new rig ups as well as moves
- Work with the Entire EnerStar Team on getting Tickets Stamped and signed etc.
Qualifications:
- A bachelor’s degree in business, commerce, marketing and sales or other related discipline. An equivalent combination of experience and education can be considered
- Proficiency in MS Windows, MS Office and specialized sales applications, such as Salesforce
- Minimum 3 years of proven sales experience or combination of education and experience
- Valid driver’s license with clean and safe driver’s record
- Strong knowledge of the oil and gas and construction industries
- Exceptional ability to network, develop, establish, and manage business relationships
- Excellent sales and business development skills
- Highly effective organizational, negotiation, and closing skills
- Well-developed business acumen, customer focus and demonstrated experience in driving improvement and innovation
- Ability to develop and maintain good professional working relationships with all stakeholders
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to details, accuracy and strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multi-task and effectively manage time to meet required deadlines
- Great written, spoken, presentation, and professional communications skills
- Ability to interact co-operatively and professionally with customers
- Flexibility and adaptability to change.
