Insight Global is seeking a NOC/Operations Analyst to join on of our clients to work 100% remote. This role is in a 24x7x365 support environment in a Network Operations Center. This individual will provide technical support services including problem resolution, technical change implementation, telephone and one-on-one support. They will also provide alert responses, email and phone support, ensure network availability, and follow up with clients on status reports throughout the entire process. This is extremely customer service based with a high emphasis on IT! This team is very collaborative and will provide online training during the first 3 weeks on the job.
Must haves:
- 3+ years of experience
- STRONG communication
- Experience with LAN
- Experience with WAN
- Strong experience with Cisco (routers and switches)
- Experience with IP protocols and VOIP (voice over IP)
Plusses:
- CCNA (cisco cert.)
- Enterprise experience
- Experience working for an MSP
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $20.00 – $23.00 per hour
