JOB DESCRIPTION

This role is in a 24x7x365 support environment in a Network Operations Center. Candidate will provide technical support services including problem resolution, technical change implementation, telephone and one-on-one support. Will provide alert response, email and phone support, and ensure Network Availability, and follow up with clients on status throughout the entire process. Will guide and mentor less experienced teammates. This will be for the night shift out of Madison, WI. Will start out with 3 weeks of training M-F 8-5. Will be responsible for establishing root cause analysis of issues that our clients are having, with a focus on Customer Service. Must be approachable and friendly, this is a very collaborative team.


MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Computer Science Degree or 2 years’ experience in a NOC environment providing technical support OR CCNA certified (no years of experience required)
Queue Management experience
Strong analytical & organizational skills
Strong customer service
