Utilizing industry best practices, methodologies, and process controls, the PM will lead a project team to deliver Globys solutions to customers while delivering projects on schedule and budget within defined scope requirements. The project manager manages the customer relationship during implementations to ensure high customer satisfaction. The PM handles project profitability, revenue realization, and ensuring that they and the implementation team members maintain an expected level of billable utilization.
The project manager will:
- Work with our customers to ensure the successful completion of software implementation projects;
- Develop and execute project plans and monitor progress;
- Manage customer expectations and secure delivery of the highest quality software solution;
- Run the project delivery, including managing the scope of the project while ensuring customer satisfaction and profitability;
- Manage change and risks to the project deliverables to reduce delays while limiting the impact on our customers and project timelines;
- Update the management team and coworkers on customer/project status, proactively identifying issues and resolving or escalating as appropriate;
- Manage and motivate the internal project team to ensure the technical and functional consulting team members are utilized and focused on the successful and efficient execution of the established project plan;
- Conduct post-implementation project reviews; capture and apply lessons learned for continuous process improvement;
- Responsible for preparing and reporting project forecasts and financials to management on an ongoing basis on all assigned projects;
- Accountable for working capital, ensuring that milestones and work in progress are approved according to contract acceptance criteria, invoiced on time, and paid;
What we are looking for:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Business or an associated discipline or equivalent experience;
- 5+ years of progressive project management experience;
- A deep understanding of all the activities related to software system implementations;
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Project, Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Visio) & SharePoint;
- Energetic person with a propensity for growth and continuous improvement;
Serious bonus points if you have:
- PMP Certification;
- Telecom Industry Experience;
- Proficiency with Clarizen and JIRA;
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, planning, and conflict management skills;

Location/Travel:
A significant percentage of our management and staff work from their homes. This position is open to qualified applicants living in the US or Canada and willing to work from home and travel occasionally for project-related work.
Salary/Vacation:
