Position Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized Services Coordinator with excellent communication skills to join the Residential team. Reporting to the Director of Operations, this position will be the primary contact for coordinating the installation of “base building services” and responding to building inquiries.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the installation of services for the offices and the amenity areas of our residential clients.
- Maintain a good relationship with our property management clients and fill ongoing needs.
- Create and improve processes for base building services including collecting information for new installations, and submitting it to the appropriate department for processing.
- Coordinate and communicate with the clients to ensure the satisfaction of services.
- Maintain a directory of clients and contact information
- Work with the Operations and Business Development teams to align on service delivery schedules
- Act as the client liaison between the clients and the company
Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience with JIRA an asset
- Strong people communication skills.
- Coordination experience an asset
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Experiences in the Telecommunications industry an asset
- Effective written, verbal, and listening skills.
