We are seeking motivated, professional, full-time Retail Field Inspectors. In this role, you will be responsible for completing extensive questionnaires regarding the condition of convenience retail facilities and management’s compliance with company standards. All aspects of the location are measured from the physical condition of the property to food safety to customer service. Inspectors introduce themselves to store managers upon arrival and review the survey results with retail associates and managers. The Inspector’s ability to build and maintain strong relationships with store personnel are essential to achieve the goals of this program.

Our Field Inspectors travel the country to provide our clients with the information needed to make effective decisions in managing their businesses. Work schedules and coverage areas are individually planned for each Inspector to ensure that both the individual Inspector and clients’ needs are met.

Our client locations are spread out from coast to coast. Applicants must be able to travel continuously from 14 days to 3 weeks in a month as the duration of work varies by geographic location.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Completion of reports on location
Review of survey results with store management
Strict adherence to deadlines
Daily transmission of completed reports
Daily communication with Project Director

QUALIFICATIONS:

Independent, self-motivated and organized
Detail-oriented with ability to multi-task
Effective communicator with capability to positively interact with retail store management and retail associates
Relationship-building skills
Goal-oriented with drive to consistently meet or exceed program objectives
Experienced in using hand held device and digital camera and able to upload images
Basic proficiency with Windows computers such as sending and receiving email, attaching files to email, downloading files, creating folders and sorting spreadsheets
Professional demeanor and appearance in representing New Image Marketing
Resourceful in working with maps to create efficient routes
At ease driving and capable of locating clients’ locations in all areas of the US, including rural and major metro areas.
Capable of traveling 14 days to 3 weeks in a month
Motivated to complete project guideline review and assessment for chosen project(s)

Physical Requirements:

The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by a Field Auditor to successfully perform the essential functions of this assignment. While performing the duties of this assignment, the Field Auditor is frequently required to operate a computer using both hands; stand and /or walk for up to 8 hours in a retail environment; sit; reach with hands and arms; read, talk and hear; count and perform basic arithmetic functions.

Technical Requirements:

Access to a computer, preferably a laptop
Core computer skills including internet browser navigation, email and MS Excel
Complete guideline reviews for chosen project(s). The guideline review and assessment takes approximately 3 to 5 days and is paid.

Pay: $40,000.00 – $48,000.00 per year
