What we are looking for:

We are looking for an energetic, diligent, organized, and self-assured candidate to join our growing company as a store manager for our Bardstown location. The ideal candidate has a take-charge personality and a talent for getting things done. As a store manager, you will oversee and direct operations at this store.

• Store Manager could earn an average of $60,000- 80,000+ in total compensation in the first year when successfully meeting or exceeding sales goals.

Store Manager Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, communications, business management, or related field preferred.
• Proven sales experience; telecommunications specific sales experience is also preferred.
• Proven track record of meeting sales quotas.
• Excellent management, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
• Notable interpersonal skills with a positive demeanor and ability to provide both positive and negative feedback effectively.
• Must agree to and pass a background check.

What we expect from our Store Manager:

• Manage training and provide overall guidance to the sales team.
• Monitor the performance of the sales team and motivate members to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Plan and execute sales meetings to help provide feedback and sales insights.
• Identify both struggling and successful sales initiatives and explore ways to improve on metrics.
• Ensure compliance with the company’s policies and operational guidelines.
