Retail Sales Manager- AT&T

We are looking for an energetic, diligent, organized, and self-assured candidate to join our growing company as a store manager for our Lebanon location. The ideal candidate has a take-charge personality and a talent for getting things done. As a store manager, you will oversee and direct operations.

• Store managers could earn an average of $30,000-$40,000 in total compensation in the first year when successfully meeting or exceeding sales goals.

Store Manager Qualifications:

• Proven sales experience; telecommunications specific sales experience is preferred.
• Proven track record of meeting sales quotas.
• Excellent management, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Notable interpersonal skills with a positive demeanor and ability to provide both positive and negative feedback effectively.
• Must agree to and pass a background check and drug screen

What we expect from our Store Manager:

• Manage training and providing overall guidance to the sales team for our Indianapolis market.
• Monitor the performance of the sales team and motivate members to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Plan and execute sales meetings to help provide feedback and sales insights.
• Identify both struggling and successful sales initiatives and explore ways to improve on sales metrics.
• Ensure compliance with the company’s policies and operational guidelines.
