RFP 422111 – Provide Christmas Card Designs.

World Vision International (WVI) is a Global Development Organization with a presence in over 100countries.
WVI World Vision”) invites your organization to submit a proposal against RFP 422111 – to provide World Vision Christmas Card Designs.

Interested suppliers are required to submit a proposal for the design content for its 54 annual Christmas/greeting cards to sponsors based on the specifications, requirements and terms and conditions set forth in this Request For Proposal

World Vision will evaluate proposals and select a Supplier, at its discretion. A few criteria it may use, include, but are not limited to the following:

1. Domestic or international experience ( share your portfolio and previous work)
2. Available to complete the project April to July 2023
3. Willing to supply all individual design assets to be shared with World Vision and our print vendor, SDIL
4. Ability to meet information security requirements as specified by World Vision IT or child protection teams
5. Thoroughness of proposal preparation, including samples of previous work.
6. Demonstrated excellence in service and support.
7. Competitive pricing: best in class and globally competitive.
8. Ability to deliver the requested services by the required dates.
